We send the goods purchased in our online store via service delivery "Nova Poshta" on the territory of Ukraine and via other delivery services (Meest Express, Ukrposhta, FedEx, Dhl and others) when ordering goods from other countries.
Orders are sent in Ukraine on business days from 16:00 to 18:00. Free delivery in Ukraine is applied to orders that cost more than 1,000 UAH (free shipping is NOT applied to BIG ITEMS like furniture).
Return of goods in fish-fish: do not worry, everything will be okay
We refund the money for the items that appeared to be not suitable quickly and without unnecessary ambages. We would like to tell you more how we do it.
If you want to return the product and refund the money, then during two weeks (14 days) after the purchase, you should send the complete package of the item + documents on the item (manual, warranty card) to our office at your expense. We refund only the total value of the product (without shipping expenses).
If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for another one from our catalog, there are several options how you can do this
Send your item to our office within two weeks (14 days) after the purchase.
Next, select one option that is most convenient for you:
- Apply for a new order and mark "Exchange" in the comments section.
- Call us at +38 099 002 73 11 / +38 068 528 35 34 / +38 073 528 35 34 and we will help you to issue the exchange over the phone.
- Include a note "exchange" in the package and specify the items that you want to obtain.
We will refund the money for the product or exchange it for another one in the following cases:
There are no visible traces of exploitation.
The item preserves the integrity of the packaging and consumer properties.
The item is of improper quality (factory defects).
You have provided all the documents that are attached to the product (manual, warranty card).
If a product consists of several parts, you need to return all the details of the kit. We will send the money only after we receive the item back.
The refund occurs within 7 business days after we receive the item. We return the value of the item at the time of its purchase in our store.
Please note that you pay for the shipment of goods in case of a return or exchange. We pay for shipping if the reason for the return / exchange is a mistake of our employees or the product is of improper quality (factory defects).
If you would like to make a refund / exchange, please proceed with the following steps:
1. The return / exchange of the item is carried out not by “cash on delivery”, but by ordinary parcel, therefore please leave the field "return delivery" blank (note that we do not pick up the parcels that are shipped by “cash on delivery” option).
2. In the column "announcement value" please indicate the full cost of the item, as this amount is returned by the mail service in case parcel is damaged / opened / lost.
